Proof of the NSA having access to internal Google and Yahoo cloud data.
The Washington Post has been reporting about the NSA (National Security Agency) and the United Kingdoms GCHQ (Government Communication Head-Quarters) intercepting Google's and Yahoo's private data since last Wednesday. Today, The Washington Post presented undeniable evidence that both agencies have been doing so, since about 2008 when the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) was passed, because companies who hold such records can be subjected to court orders for "terrorist surveillance and etc.". Yet, NSA director Keith Alexander says that no personal records are ever violated and that the NSA has never spied on user accounts held in Google or Yahoo's computers. The NSA and the GCHQ do it differently, Google and Yahoo run on a privately owned or leased fiber optic system in order to communicate privately to company serves, kinda like all the Google administrators linked to one cable, but the NSA and GCHQ intercept data that is "on the fly". "On the fly" is different because it happens with much less notice, NSA director Keith Alexander says "breaking into these servers would be illegal so we would not break such boundary..." which is true and this outbreak would be much more substantial, that is how the UK's GCHQ comes in, by the NSA running internationally there is less documantation therefore less legal evidence and prosecution.
WHO: The NSA and the GCHQ
WHEN: Since 2008
WHERE: Internationally through private data servers
WHAT: "Breaking the 4th ammendmant", Spying on the public, etc.
Why: In order to keep our country safe? In order for others to gain at the exploitation of others private lives? BECAUSE THE NSA CAN DO WHATEVER THE HELL THEY FEEL????! (and congress couldn't find a collar big enough to hold it....)
